Nymph Preparing For The Bath

Description

This sculpture captures a young woman seated and adjusting her garment, as if preparing to rise and bathe. One hand grasps her drapery while the other rests by her knee in a relaxed pose. Her hair is neatly tied, and her head is turned to the side, suggesting attentiveness or contemplation. The figure's smooth, idealized form reflects classical aesthetics.
