Iron Bertel With The Goddess Of Hope

Description

This sculpture likely represents Bertel Thorvaldsen, the renowned 19th-century Danish neoclassical sculptor, depicted beside one of his iconic works—the Goddess of Hope. With carving tools in one hand and his gaze fixed downward in contemplation, the statue conveys the quiet intensity of a master at work.
