Gird Ix Experimental Rocket Painted

Description

The modest GIRD-09 Experimental Sounding Rocket, built in the 1930s by a Soviet/Ukrainian research group. The rocket flew for all of 18 seconds - but members of the group would later be high ranking members of the Soviet space-program. Painted in a soviet, constructivism-influenced scheme.
